Testing and Validation — In Our Labs or at Client Facilities

Testing and validation are key parts of our development process.
We perform detailed electrical and functional testing, both in our laboratories and on-site at client facilities, to ensure product quality, robustness, and compliance.

In-House Laboratory Testing

Our lab is equipped for a wide range of signal and power-related analyses, including:

  • Signal integrity and waveform testing using oscilloscopes and logic analyzers

  • Voltage and current measurements, including transient and ripple analysis

  • Current consumption monitoring and power efficiency verification

  • Signal generation and injection using programmable signal generators

  • Communication bus testing (CAN, LIN, FlexRay) — validation of timing, latency, and data integrity

  • Environmental validation — temperature, humidity, vibration, and mechanical stress testing

  • EMC / EMI compliance and noise evaluation

  • Functional and endurance tests — lifecycle, overload, and stress simulations

On-Site / Client-Side Testing

We also conduct validation directly at customer facilities or on prototype vehicles:

  • System integration in real-world automotive environments

  • Electrical verification and diagnostics during vehicle operation

  • Power, signal, and communication monitoring during road tests

  • Firmware and hardware fine-tuning in situ

  • Interoperability validation with existing vehicle systems
